Today we are officially launching the open beta for Bloom, a personal health and wellbeing app we have been building in-house here at Saga. If you have been waiting for a health app that actually connects the dots between how you move, eat, feel, and rest, this is it — and now anyone can join.
Bloom is available now through Apple TestFlight, ahead of its full iOS launch in Summer 2026. No invite needed.
What Is Bloom?
Bloom is a holistic health companion for iOS. Rather than doing one thing in isolation, Bloom brings together the key pillars of personal wellbeing into a single, beautifully designed app. It is built around the idea that your body and mind are connected, and that understanding yourself as a whole leads to better, more lasting habits.
The app covers six core areas:
- Workouts — a curated library of pilates, yoga, strength, cardio, and stretch sessions matched to your energy levels and goals.
- Nutrition — intuitive meal logging with barcode scanning and optional macro tracking, plus a mood-food connection to help you understand how what you eat affects how you feel.
- Mood and sleep tracking — a quick daily check-in that captures how you are feeling, your energy, and your sleep, building a picture of your wellbeing over time.
- Cycle tracking — sync your cycle and get phase-aware workout suggestions and insights tailored to where you are in your cycle.
- Mindfulness — guided breathing exercises, body scans, and meditations ranging from 5 to 15 minutes, designed to fit real life.
- Journaling — daily prompts to help you reflect, set intentions, and track what is happening beyond the data.
Why We Built It
At Saga, we spend most of our time building digital products for other people. Bloom started as an internal experiment: what would it look like if we applied the same craft and attention to detail we bring to client work to a consumer health app?
The health app market is crowded, but we kept noticing the same problem. Most apps do one thing well, and if you want a complete picture of your health, you end up juggling four or five different apps that do not talk to each other. A fitness app here, a nutrition tracker there, a separate journaling app, and a meditation tool. None of them know about the others.
Bloom is our answer to that fragmentation. Every feature is connected. Your daily check-in informs your workout suggestion. Your cycle phase shapes your nutrition insights. Your journal lives alongside your health data. The more you use it, the more it understands you.
What to Expect in Beta
The open beta gives everyone the chance to try Bloom before the full public launch. Beta builds are fully functional, and you will have access to all of Bloom's core features from day one.
As with any beta, there may be rough edges here and there. That is exactly what we need you to help us find. Every piece of feedback, whether it is a bug report, a feature request, or simply telling us what feels good and what does not, shapes the version of Bloom that ships in Summer.
As a thank you, beta testers who send in feedback will be entered into a draw to win a 1-year free subscription to Bloom when it fully launches. The more feedback you share, the better your chances.
How to Join the Open Beta
Joining takes under a minute. Download TestFlight from the App Store if you do not already have it — it is Apple's free official platform for beta apps. Then simply tap this link on your iPhone and press "View in TestFlight" to install Bloom instantly. No invite needed, no waiting.
We have a quick step-by-step guide on the Bloom page if you want a walkthrough.
Launching on iOS in Summer 2026
The full public launch of Bloom on the App Store is planned for Summer 2026. We are focused on iOS first, and the beta period is a crucial part of making sure the launch version is something we are genuinely proud of.
We will share more updates here on the blog and on the Bloom page as we get closer to launch. Joining the open beta is the best way to stay in the loop and help shape the final product.
A Note on What We Are Building
Bloom is a Saga original, conceived and built entirely in-house. It is also a demonstration of what we do for clients: thoughtful product design, clean engineering, and a genuine focus on the user experience at every layer.
If you are curious about building a mobile or web app of your own, whether it is a consumer product, a business tool, or something entirely different, we would love to hear about it. You can get in touch here or book a free discovery call with our team.
We are excited about Bloom and even more excited to have real people using it. See you in the app.
