Nutrition tracking in Bloom is built to be fast and flexible. Describe a meal in plain words, scan a barcode to pull up nutritional data instantly, or log macros manually if you prefer the detail. No rigid databases, no guilt. Just an easy record of what you ate and how it made you feel.

Bloom connects food to mood. After each meal you rate how it made you feel, and over time you start to see patterns. Which foods give you energy. Which ones leave you sluggish. It is a gentle, non-judgmental way to understand your relationship with food.

Get TestFlight from the App Store TestFlight is Apple's free app for beta testing. Search "TestFlight" in the App Store and install it. It only takes a moment.

Tap the join link Open this link on your iPhone. It'll open TestFlight and show a "View in TestFlight" button for Bloom.

Tap "Install" and you're in Bloom installs just like a regular app. Open it, create your account, and start exploring. That's it!
